What we do<\/h4>\n

Integrated Project Support<\/h2>\n

WIthin a clear mandate, we represent the client with a large multidisciplinary project portfolio. We do this for the entire project from feasibility study through concept and study to start-up and commissioning of the facility. We do this in close cooperation but independently of the engineering firms or contractors involved. This way, we can best represent the interests of the project.<\/p>\n

During the roadshow, we visit contractors who have a profile that interests us for one or several parts of the contract. The aim of the roadshow is to obtain a number of competitive offers from suitable contractors.<\/p>\n

We then ask the contractor to qualify through a number of relevant references. By determining what a relevant reference is, you determine what kind of contractors can eventually compete. <\/p>\n

In the tender, we also ask the contractor to explain a working method. This is how we know if they have processed the file properly.<\/p>\n

A contractor selected after this preparation can do the implement the project as they studied it. This method increases the predictability of the project.<\/p>\n
